This is my second to last devotional for my devotional book that I have spent this year writing to leave to you my children for when I am in Heaven you will still have my voice of guidance and wisdom to comfort you when I am gone and you miss me. The wisdom and guidance I give is the wisdom and guidance that I have learned from the Holy Bible and great men of God. I try to share in a way that you can relate too and see the relevance that can be applied to your lives.
Workout in prayer and study of the Holy Bible just as consistently as you would your workout routine in a gym. Grow an intimate relationship with Jesus... don't just know about Him but become family with Jesus.

Acts 17:27-29The Message (MSG)
24-29 “The God who made the world and everything in it, this Master of sky and land, doesn’t live in custom-made shrines or need the human race to run errands for him as if he couldn’t take care of himself. He makes the creatures; the creatures don’t make him. Starting from scratch, he made the entire human race and made the earth hospitable, with plenty of time and space for living so we could seek after God, and not just grope around in the dark but actually find him. He doesn’t play hide-and-seek with us. He’s not remote; he’s near. We live and move in him, can’t get away from him! One of your poets said it well: ‘We’re the God-created.’ Well, if we are the God-created, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to think we could hire a sculptor to chisel a god out of stone for us, does it?
Prayer: O'Lord, may we grow passionate about maturing in You and grow an intimate family relationship with You, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
